1. What is the SoftNote Wallet?

SoftNote is a mobile crypto wallet that makes cryptocurrency payments fast, free, and easy to use. You can mint, fill, send, and receive SoftNotes securely from your smartphone.

2. Is the SoftNote App free to use?

Yes! The SoftNote App is completely free to download and use. There are no transaction fees for sending or receiving SoftNotes.

3. What does it mean that the app is in Beta Mode?

The Beta version means SoftNote is still being improved. You may experience minor bugs or new features under testing. Your feedback helps us make it better before the full release.

4. How secure is my wallet?

SoftNote uses multi-layer encryption and private key protection to secure your assets. We never store your private keys or passwords on our servers.

Remember: always back up your recovery phrase safely — we can’t restore it if it’s lost.

5. How do I back up or recover my wallet?

You’ll receive a recovery phrase when creating your wallet.

Write it down and store it offline in a safe place.

If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore your wallet using this phrase.

6. Can I send cryptocurrencies other than SoftNote?

Currently, the app focuses on SoftNote transactions. Support for other digital assets will be added in future updates.

7. Why is my transaction pending or delayed?

Delays may happen due to blockchain congestion or connectivity issues. Check your internet connection and ensure the receiver’s address is correct.

8. What devices support the SoftNote App?

SoftNote is available for both iOS and Android devices.
